Our approach
Our vision is high quality education at an affordable cost. We keep fees transparent, predictable, and reviewed annually so families can plan.
Because fee structures change each academic session, we share the current year’s exact schedule during the admission visit rather than freezing old numbers on this page. This keeps things honest.
What the fees typically cover
- Tuition and learning materials
- Daily smart-class / audio-visual use
- Art, music, sports, and yoga sessions
- Continuous assessment, portfolios, and report cards
- Standard health and hygiene care
Sometimes separate (optional / as used)
- Uniform and school diary
- Educational tours and excursions
- Annual day and special-event tickets
- Examination fees for Board exams (Grade 10)
Scholarships & concessions
A limited number of need-based and merit-based concessions are available each year, consistent with our vision of affordability. Categories we consider:
- Siblings of enrolled students (sibling concession)
- Children from single-parent or economically struggling families (needs-based)
- Children of teachers or serving civil servants (category concession)
- Outstanding performance or creativity (merit-based, from Grade 5 upward)
Awards are reviewed annually. Applying is confidential and involves a short conversation with the Principal, a family-background note, and supporting documents.
How to get the current fee sheet
- Book an admission visit — we hand you the printed fee schedule.
- Email prerana.kh@gmail.com requesting the current year’s fee sheet as a PDF.
- Call 9849034724 — we’ll walk you through what applies for your child’s grade.
What we ask families to keep in mind
- Fees are paid monthly / quarterly / annually — your choice, payable via bank transfer, cheque, or in person.
- Receipts are provided for every payment.
- Late-payment reminders are sent with a grace window before any action.
- If you are facing a temporary hardship, talk to us early — we prefer a conversation over a notice.
